The Cambridge Eye Trust funds two bursaries to enable young scientists, clinicians, PhD students or students studying for similar degrees to attend the Cambridge Ophthalmological Symposium.

 

Applicants for the bursaries must be actively involved in the topic under discussion.

 

What do you need to do?

Applications should include:

• A short CV

• The object of their current research

• A note from a supervisor

• A short overview as to how the award of this bursary will advance their career

What does the Symposium offer applicants?

The bursary will provide:

• A maximum of £1000 to help towards the cost of accommodation and travel

• The registration fee will be waived
