50th Cambridge Ophthalmological Symposium

St John’s College, Cambridge, UK

1st - 3rd September 2021

Topic: Vision 2020 in 2030 (plus 1) – The next 10 years

Chairs: Prof Rupert Bourne, UK and Prof Hugh Taylor, Australia
Academic Organiser: Mr Martin Snead, UK

  • 2-day International scientific meeting (18 CPD points)

  • Enjoyed by scientists and clinicians (not only ophthalmologists)

  • Plenty of lively debate as well as world-class speaker presentations

  • Social occasions – including dinner in the Hall

  • An historical ‘Cambridge College’ environment

  • Now in its 50th year (see previous topics)

Join leading epidemiologists, translational health scientists, ophthalmic researchers and clinicians from around the world discuss and debate past learnings, current insights and future possibilities.

From identifying the prime opportunities, to facing the realities of offering global best eye care, we will be challenging an opinion that ‘a wish to treat may not always be in consummate with an ability to treat’.

Registration for 2021 is open and it will be the same programme of events as would have been in 2020, just 'plus 1'.

Thinking about whether to register now or not given the current COVID-19 situation? Registration fees are refundable until the 1 August 2021.
